Today's class included an interesting video, Shift Happens/Did You Know?, that was created by Karl Fisch (see blog). Shift Happens deals with changes that are occurring in the world that include technology and education. The questions at the end are interesting and I am wondering if anyone has ever asked and answered then in Groton or elsewhere.
Ask your KIDS: Are you doing this in school?
Ask your PRINCIPAL: How are you helping my child become literate in the 21st century?
Ask your SCHOOL BOARD: Are you providing the resources and training necessary to prepare students to be successful in the 21st century society?
